Hi Francesco,
Just to confirm, you're talking about replacing the LED chip that generates light for the camera flash operation and the flashlight, is that correct? The one circled in green in this picture?
If that's what you mean, then yes, it is certainly possible given the proper tools and experience and access to a replacement part. The best way to find the right part would be to locate the schematic diagrams for the phone and hopefully they will have enough information to identify the correct part. Otherwise if you can't find anything with an internet search, you could end up having to buy a donor board in order to harvest the part from it to use as a replacement.
It's hard to say from that picture whether it would be possible to remove the LED chip with a soldering iron or if. you would need to use a hot air station instead. I would imagine most professional repair shops would be able to do that if it's outside of your comfort zone for repairs.
I note that we don't have a guide for removing the motherboard here on iFixit, but the Spanish site Nadie Me Llama Gallina has what you need.

Hi @andriydzyub
Try a full power refresh and check if this resolves the problem.
Here’s the procedure:
Disconnect the charger if connected, dis-assemble the laptop and remove the main battery from the laptop.
Disconnect and remove the coin cell RTC battery from the motherboard.
Here’s the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop. Go to bottom of p.89 & then to p.93 in the manual (95 & 100 of 158 pdf) to view the procedure for how to access and disconnect both of the batteries.
Press and hold the laptop’s Power button for a full 30 seconds to dissipate any residual charge from the motherboard. This will reset the BIOS which may have become corrupted preventing a normal start.
Reconnect the coin cell battery and reinstall the main battery.
Re-assemble the laptop and connect the charger.
Try to turn on the laptop and check what happens.

TV model # UN75NU8000F turned off while watching Netflix and began a continuous boot loop. You can hear an audible click as the TV attempts to power on and the screen briefly lights up with a light blue hue - standby red light blinks twice before TV starts the process again and continues until unplugged. Have tried all steps to troubleshoot besides replacing internal components/boards. Samsung technical care has informed me that two blinking lights is code that the LCD panel has gone bad and needs replaced despite me telling them I can visually see it light up for a second before the boot loop continues.
Pictures of boards attached, dont see any capacitors that are apparent issues and need replaced, looking for some advice.

I been having same problem except my lower bulbs on screen have gotten to 118 degrees so I have big concerns of fire!!!
Plus tv just crashes then goes into reboot mode at times can’t turn on or off and Samsung has no answer and dealer has no answer.
So I been going in basement where my box (black) is unplugged tv wake a minute plug back in and good for who knows maybe 1/2 movie or 1 quarter of football game
This tv has a wire similar to a guitar string feed through the wall into basement black box.
So my only solution at this time is a FAN on tv when watching tv this way it cooling the led bulbs. Plus I missed extended warranty by few months!!!
Samsung said they will give me $100.00 off a new tv THEY ARE SO KIND N O T !!! I’m done with Samsung
But here’s my model number: QN 55Q7FNA
Oops! I'd like to change my mind.
