it waasn't assembled correctly, it broke (they do). To test your phone's hardware, open the Phone app and dial ##64663#*#*. This opens the built-in QC Test (Quality Control) menu. You can test your screen, speakers, and cameras. there is more info if u search this == "TECNO Spark 10C diagnostic test"
